Shipping Charges

We aim to despatch all our orders the same day if received by 2pm. We will do our best to contact you immediately should an item be out of stock and there is to be a delay.

Of course there are occasions when we cannot get your item out that day, and it make take slightly longer. If your order is particularly urgent please contact us first to ensure the item is in stock and we can confirm that the order will go that day.

We send out parcels with UK MAIL who deliver weekdays between 8am and 7pm.
Your parcel will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure there will be someone there to sign for it. If you are not at home during the week please have it delivered to a neighbour, a member of your family or a work address where you know it can obtain a signature.
